A phenomenal experience! An opportunity for up and coming young athletes to develop their skills, meet new friends and travel the province in a safe, fun, and athletically rewarding sport event. Thank you and well done.
- Glynnis (parent), Victoria (2008 BC Summer Games)

My favourite experience was walking into the big stadium and seeing all of the people that love sport as much as I do. I also hope I will be able to do this again.
- Emily (athlete), Soccer, Thompson Okanagan Zone (2008 BC Summer Games)

My experience at the BC Summer Games is one that I will always remember. Thank-you very much for providing me with the opportunity to enjoy the spirit of a multi-sport event.
- Lauren (athlete), Equestrian, Fraser River - Delta Zone (2008 BC Summer Games)

It is the challenge of a life time. Meeting new people and athletes. And testing your athletic ability to the limit. It’s great!
- Josiane (athlete), Synchronized Swimming, Vancouver Island - Central Coast Zone (2008 BC Summer Games)

It was a pleasure to watch each group of golfers cheering each other on within their foursome then for us to see them walking and encouraging each other once they were done was perfect. Our athletes, coaches and managers were very pleased with everything! This truly was an event of excellence for us.
- Gail (Provincial Advisor), Golf (2008 BC Summer Games)
