15 BC Games alumni were part of Team Canada at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
The following alumni won or contributed to Canada's medal total:
Michelle Stillwell - Gold 200m T54 and Silver 100m T54
Nathan Stein - Silver 50m Fly S10
Richard Peter - Gold Wheelchair Basketball
Robert Hedges - Gold Wheelchair Basketball
Ian Chan - Silver Wheelchair Rugby
Trevor Hirschfield - Silver Wheelchair Rugby
