The BC Games Society is proud to acknowledge the Coaching Association of BC's Coaches Week, September 17-24.  This week recognizes the tremendous contributions of coaches to the development of athletes and our strong provincial sport system.

Coaches attending the BC Winter or BC Summer Games must be fully certified by the National Coaching Certification Program at a Level 2 (or equivalent).  These skilled individuals are responsible for providing expertise to and inspiring excellence in BC's next generation of athlete heroes.

"The BC Games Society is proud to recognize and thank the coaches who have given their time to bring their teams to the BC Winter and BC Summer Games.  They are the key link in the chain that supports the development of athletes," said Kelly Mann, President and CEO, BC Games Society.

BC Games Alumni Coaches are being asked to share their stories about coaching at the Games via Email, Facebook or Twitter.  These stories will be shared on our website and with the Coaches Association of BC.  The best submissions will win some BC Games gear!
