BCGAMES.ORG Tradex, 1190 Cornell Street

Every participant at the Games must be accredited or checked in when they arrive

at the Games. This ensures that we know who is at the Games and that you receive

your accreditation badge and important information.

Every athlete, coach, and official must be accredited in person by

5:00 pm on Thursday, July 21. No one is permitted to pick up the

accreditation for another Games participant.

For participants who are making their own way to the Games (not on BC Games

transportation), please follow the signs off of the highway to Tradex (at the

Abbotsford International Airport). Parking is available at the south end of the main

parking lot and the entrance is at the south end of the building. Once inside, drop

your luggage at the appropriate station for your accommodation site (based on your

luggage tag colour), and then go to your sport table to be accredited.

When you check in at the Participant Accreditation Centre, you’ll receive:

Accreditation Badge

You must wear this identification badge at all times

in order to access your accommodation site, food

venue, special events, buses, and other services.

Sport Schedule

Details of the times and locations of your sport

competition and practices.

Bus & Meal Schedule

When your meals are scheduled and when

buses will take you to your sport venue and/or

accommodation site.

Participant Dri-Fit Shirt
