GAMES PREP WHAT TO PACK ☐ ☐ Review your PERSONAL TRAVEL SCHEDULE using the login sent to you in the mail ☐ ☐ Read this Guide to the Games ☐ ☐ Complete the MEDICAL/ALLERGY FORM by February 18 ☐ ☐ Know the BC GAMES RULES AND EXPECTATIONS ☐ ☐ Learn how to prepare for your Games experience - refer to the PREPARATION RESOURCES on Page 13 ☐ ☐ Register and attend a G2G SESSION ☐ ☐ Share your story and complete the ATHLETE BIOGRAPHY ☐ ☐ Visit BCGAMES.ORG and follow us on social media ☐☐ Printed travel information ☐☐ Airline and/or bus ticket and photo ID if you are flying to the Games ☐☐ Medical and dental numbers ☐☐ Sleeping bag and pillow ☐☐ Personal items: towel, soap, toothbrush etc. ☐☐ Winter/cold weather clothing ☐☐ Water bottle ☐☐ Money for snacks/food while travelling and at the Games and for souvenirs Make sure to clearly identify all of your personal belongings! You are allowed ONE checked bag (max 30lbs) plus your sleeping bag and pillow and a carry-on (backpack). Some sports have allowances for sport equipment. Please contact your Head Coach for more information. Be sure ALL bags are labelled with your NAME, ZONE, and SPORT. TAG THOSE BAGS!
